Craig Ruppert Inducted into the 2025 Montgomery County Business Hall of Fame
Craig Ruppert was recently inducted into the 13th annual Montgomery County Business Hall of Fame (MCBHOF), an honor recognizing individuals who have made a lasting, positive impact on the Montgomery County business community.
The induction ceremony took place on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at The Universities at Shady Grove (USG), bringing together business leaders, organizations, and community members in celebration of local entrepreneurship and service. Proceeds from the event benefit USG’s scholarship programs, supporting students from across the University System of Maryland pursuing their degrees close to home.
This year’s honorees included Brett Schulman, Co-Founder & CEO of CAVA; George R. Snowden, Jr., Owner of Snowden Funeral Home; Seth Goldman, Co-Founder of JUST ICE TEA; and Marguerite Chinn, Co-Owner of Negril Restaurants.
“Montgomery County has been a wonderful place to build a business, raise a family, and work alongside people who care about doing good work and doing the right thing,” said Ruppert. “I’m truly humbled to be recognized among so many others who contribute to making this county such a great place to live and work.”
Presented by Grossberg Company LLP, CPAs, and EagleBank, the MCBHOF has raised more than $1.8 million to date for the USG scholarship fund through donations and annual induction events. These funds help provide educational opportunities for local students and further the Hall of Fame’s mission of investing in the next generation of Montgomery County leaders.
