Welcoming Jamie England as the First President of Ruppert Grows
We’re excited to share a big milestone in the story of Ruppert Grows. For the first time, we’ve appointed a President to help guide our organization into the future and we’re thrilled to welcome Jamie England into this role.
Why this is an important step
As many of you know, Ruppert Grows brings together a wide range of businesses and philanthropic initiatives. Over the years, our work has continued to expand, and with that growth comes the opportunity to strengthen how we operate and plan for the long term. Creating the role of President ensures that we can focus on both day-to-day operations and big-picture strategy, while staying true to our values of integrity, hard work, and service.
About Jamie
Jamie brings deep experience in finance, operations, and leadership, with a history of helping organizations grow while maintaining strong culture and teamwork. In her new role, Jamie will work closely with our Executive Chairman, Craig Ruppert, and the rest of our leadership team to oversee daily operations, support our business leaders, and align our investments, real estate, and philanthropic efforts.
Craig summed it up best: “Jamie’s experience, steady leadership, and ability to build strong teams make her a perfect fit for this role. I am confident that she will help strengthen our operations and culture while ensuring that we remain focused on our core values.”
