Welcoming Jamie England as the First President of Ruppert Grows
We’re excited to share an exciting milestone in the story of Ruppert Grows. For the first time, we’ve appointed a President to help guide our organization into the future, and we’re thrilled to welcome Jamie England into this role.
An Important Step
As the Ruppert enterprise has grown over the past several decades, so has its complexity. Ruppert Grows was formed in 2023, and created a small and sophisticated team to manage a wide range of business, tax, financial and philanthropic initiatives. We created the role of President to ensure that we can focus on both day-to-day operations and big-picture strategy.
About Jamie
Jamie is an attorney with multi-disciplinary experience in estate and tax planning, trust administration, financial planning, real estate and business. Jamie also has a passion for building high performing teams, maintaining a strong company culture, and delivering the highest quality of service to our many stakeholders. In her new role, Jamie will work closely with our CEO and Executive Chairman, Craig Ruppert, to support our business leaders, and to align our investment strategy, management initiatives and philanthropic activities with the values and priorities of the Ruppert family.
Craig summed it up best: “Jamie’s legal and business experience, committed leadership, high energy and people skills make her a perfect fit for this role. I am confident that she will help strengthen our operations and proactively guide this organization into the future, while continuing to model the core values and entrepreneurial spirit that have gotten us this far.”
Jamie’s Perspective
When asked about stepping into this new position, Jamie shared: “I am honored to serve as the first President of Ruppert Grows and to have the opportunity to learn from Craig Ruppert and his family. Ruppert organizations have a rich history of investing in the growth of their employees, hard work, integrity, and community engagement, all of which resonate with me as a person and as a leader. In this new role, my ultimate mission is successfully transitioning this enterprise into future generations, while staying true to its humble and hard working roots. It’s an exciting challenge that requires wearing many different hats, and combining my existing expertise with constant learning. I look forward to working closely with Craig and this incredible team to continue that legacy for years and generations to come.”
