Leslie Rodriguez

Leslie brings over 20 years of administrative experience to Ruppert Grows, along with a strong background in property management. As an Administrative Assistant, she plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the team with her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and positive energy. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Leslie graduated from Sherwood High School and later attended the Paul Mitchell Hair Academy, where she nurtured her creativity and passion for service. She is fluent in Spanish and proudly embraces her Mexican and Guatemalan heritage.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending quality time with her son, Brayden, and their mini schnoodle, Yumii. She loves vacationing in Mexico and finds her happy place anywhere by the beach. Her hobbies include bowling, dancing, arts and crafts, listening to music, and cheering on the Washington Commanders.
