Lisa is a skilled professional with a diverse background in executive operations, community engagement, real estate, and commercial landscaping. She serves as Executive Operations and Community Partnership Manager at Ruppert Grows, supporting both internal business functions and external philanthropic efforts. In this role, she provides high-level support to Craig Ruppert and leads key initiatives for the Ruppert Family Foundation, including organizing international service trips with Food for the Poor and coordinating the Easterseals Bright Star campaign. She also oversees special construction projects, helping to manage timelines, budgets, and coordination across stakeholders. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive planning are evident across all aspects of her work.

Previously, Lisa spent nearly twelve years as Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of Ruppert Landscape, where she honed her expertise in office administration, event planning, and professional communication. Earlier in her career, she served as a commercial real estate Broker Associate and as a Field Manager at a commercial landscaping and excavating company. These experiences have shaped her into a versatile leader with strengths in operations, project management, and relationship-building. Lisa lives in Mt. Airy, Maryland, with her husband, Bob, and their dogs, Jack and Kai, and enjoys woodworking, Pilates, reading, and time with family.
